i made this pie yesterday, LOOK!
CRUST
I went out and bought a graham cracker crust. You can make one from scratch if you are into that.
FILLING
one can of sweetened condensed milk
one avocado (smushed up)
4 egg yolks
the juice from 2 limes
the zest off the same 2 limes
TOPPING
sliced strawberries
fresh whipped cream (not pictured in photo)
Combine ingredients for filling and put it in the crust. Bake for like 20 minutes at 350. Let it cool. Put the strawberries and whipped cream on it. Serve it, eat it, poop it out. The results are definitely heavy and satisfying.
