Do you know what the best thing about pancakes are? They are an institution unto themselves. They are the blank paper of the breakfast table, you can top them with almost anything. But did you know you can also mix all kinds of things into them before you even cook them, and then top them with stuff!?
Here Zena is is eating a few of my pancakes, I put chocolate chai coco mix into the batter, and substituted some of the water in the recipie for vanilla yogurt. I also topped these with the same yogurt. Zena, topped that by wearing these gold stacks. You go girl!
